Responsibilities
Work as part of high-impact team
Conduct full stack application development and testing
Develop JavaScript front-end features and Java back-end features in a Java/Hibernate/PostgreSQL environment
Work in an agile/DevOps development environment
Qualification
Required
Experience with multiple platforms utilizing for example SQL, PL/SQL, PL/pgSQL, Shell Scripting
Experience with one or more of the following: HDFS, HBase, HIVE, PIG, HADOOP Framework, HADOOP Ecosystem, Mapreduce, Heroku Connect, Java, JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3Spring, Hibernate
SCALA, Clojure, other functional or reactive programming language
Experience with broad technology delivery, including custom Web solutions development
Experience with Web-based development, including HTML, Java, JavaScript, and CSS, XML, and SOAP
Experience with Java development, including Java EE technologies, such as Spring, Angular Js, Neo4j
Experience with various technologies such as: Apache Tools, SQL, Mongo DB, or Cassandra
Experience with writing and executing automated tests
Familiarity with build and deployment tools such as ant, maven, Jenkins, docker
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
Ability to work with users or personas to translate business needs into design and code
Ability to troubleshoot application and database issues
Ability to create software development design documentation
Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce
