Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
Understand client business needs and provide consultative guidance on the Market Intelligence suite of solutions
Drive revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights
Deliver product demonstrations, training, and presentations to clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Proven experience in account management or sales within the Energy & Materials industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Familiarity with S&P Global Market Intelligence products is a plus
