Responsibilities
Supports the Sleep Center Manager in leading the daily operations of the Sleep Center
Ensuring efficient patient flow
High-quality clinical services
An exceptional patient and provider experience
Oversees scheduling and room utilization
Supports patient education for home sleep studies
Performs and/or scores sleep studies as needed
Proactively addresses patient, provider, and operational concerns
Helps ensure all clinical equipment is properly maintained
Supports regulatory and accreditation compliance
Contributes to quality improvement efforts
Plays a key role in staff coordination, development, and long-term planning to support the growth and success of the Sleep Center
Qualification
Required
Must have previous experience working in a sleep lab
Current Registered Polysomnography Technician (RPSGT) certification required and successful maintenance of certification required
Current BLS certification required and ability to successfully maintain certification required
Preferred
Experience in a supervisory or coordinator role in a Sleep Lab or Respiratory Care department preferred
A.S. or B.S. preferred in related field
