The firm is looking to hire a Vice President of Investor Relations to act as a key liaison between the firm and its institutional investor base, supporting fundraising, investor communications, and long-term relationship management.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for existing and prospective institutional investors, including pensions, endowments, foundations, consultants, and family offices
Support fundraising efforts across current and future funds, including preparation for roadshows and investor meetings
Develop and deliver clear, compelling investor communications, including pitch materials, DDQs, RFPs, presentations, and quarterly reports
Partner closely with senior investment professionals, product specialists, and the executive team on investor messaging and strategy
Coordinate and manage investor due diligence processes, including on-site meetings and virtual diligence
Maintain a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategies, performance, and market positioning
Track investor feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to inform fundraising and product development efforts
Assist in the ongoing enhancement of IR systems, CRM tools, and reporting processes

Required

7–12+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or institutional sales within alternative investments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, investor-friendly messaging
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the credibility to engage confidently with senior investors and internal stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required

MBA or CFA strongly preferred
