Mid, Senior LevelVictorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing is seeking a Manager Client Support & Housing Services to lead a diverse program focused on housing service delivery and complex care. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams to improve client experiences and ensure the Area meets the department's strategic priorities.

Responsibilities
Prepare and present detailed, comprehensive reports, briefs and submissions on complex policy and operational issues as well as prepare regular and ad hoc reports and correspondence
Prepare and present high-level communication material (including for change communications) and provide authoritative and strategic advice relating to communications issues and requirements
Actively facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across the department to coordinate critical projects, including organisational change strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong management and leadership skills
Flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs and priorities
Ability to provide stability and support to staff across five offices
Experience in preparing and presenting detailed, comprehensive reports, briefs and submissions on complex policy and operational issues
Ability to prepare and present high-level communication material, including for change communications
Ability to provide authoritative and strategic advice relating to communications issues and requirements
Experience in facilitating seamless communication and collaboration across departments to coordinate critical projects
Ability to coordinate organisational change strategies
Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa
Work eligibility will be checked as part of the recruitment process
Preferred candidates will be required to complete pre-employment screening, including a national police check and misconduct screening
