Responsibilities
Create daily Instagram content (Reels, carousels, Stories)
Take the founder’s ideas and elevate them into visually compelling, on-trend posts
Proactively suggest content ideas and formats that fit the brand’s voice
Stay current on Instagram trends, audios, and storytelling styles
Edit short-form video using CapCut, Canva, Edits, or similar tools
Assist with occasional in-person content creation (video shoots, behind-the-scenes, talking-head clips)
Organize content into a simple, consistent posting schedule
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of Instagram (Reels, Stories, carousels)
Comfortable creating and editing short-form video
Familiar with Canva, CapCut and/or Edits
Organized, communicative, and dependable
Able to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
Preferred
Prior experience in content creation or social media
