Responsibilities
Support the sales process by helping new and existing clients understand their insurance needs and offering appropriate coverage solutions. Build relationships and maintain customer loyalty through excellent service
Participate in ongoing training and development to become knowledgeable about Farmers’ insurance products, systems, and processes. Learn the ins and outs of the industry with the guidance of a mentor
Work directly with experienced insurance professionals who will provide guidance, advice, and feedback as you progress through the program. Build a network of industry contacts and internal connections
Gain expertise in various insurance products including auto, home, life, and business insurance. Learn to navigate industry tools and software to provide effective and efficient solutions to customers
Assist with resolving customer inquiries, claims, or service issues promptly and professionally. Use critical thinking to address challenges and ensure client satisfaction
Complete performance milestones and goals with a focus on advancing into a full-time career in insurance after the program's completion. Explore potential career paths within the company, including opportunities in sales, operations, claims, or management
Qualification
Required
An active Property & Casualty and Life, Health & Annuities license or willingness to get with our support within a communicated timeline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools
Preferred
Customer service, sales, or any relevant professional experience is a plus
