Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Proven experience in Real Estate and expertise in Real Property transactions
Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build client relationships and close deals effectively
Knowledge or experience with rural properties, including farms, recreational land, and timberland
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
Ability to operate independently and proactively in a rural real estate environment
Preferred
Familiarity with local property laws and regulations is highly advantageous
