Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track maintenance and reliability KPIs
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources using Power Query
Create calculated columns, DAX measures, and impactful visualizations that tell clear data stories
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting solutions
Collaborate with Maintenance & Reliability teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes
Improve and organize electronic files to improve accuracy and accessibility

Required

Current enrollment in a co-op program pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
Coursework in Database Management/SQL, Data Modeling, and Data Visualization
Intermediate skills in Power BI and experience with ETL processes
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
Ability to turn complex business questions into structured data solutions
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Preferred

Experience with SQL databases, Python, CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP), or maintenance/reliability concepts
