Experienced Bookkeeper Part-time

They are seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper to manage client accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities
On-boarding new clients and assisting with implementation of accounting and bookkeeping services
Primary day-to-day client communication and problem resolution
Ensuring timely and accurate client communication and deliverables
Reviewing and recording monthly transactions, performing reconciliations, preparing monthly closing entries
Reviewing and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Assisting with payroll processing
Monitoring and advising clients on their financial status
Preparing budgets and forecasts
Assessing staffing and workloads, prioritizing department tasks and projects while fostering a professional team approach to client service
Assisting and preparation of files in other client services, including audit and tax engagements
Maintain positive client relationships and work with the department to support new client development
Qualification
Required
5-7 years' experience in bookkeeping
Strong knowledge of accounting
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks desktop and online versions
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication and organizational skills
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Demonstrated history of reliability and ability to maintain client
