Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize generative AI workflows using large language models
Work with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, extraction, and Q&A
Proficiency in Python for building and integrating generative AI pipelines, APIs, and vector databases
Design, test, and refine prompts, templates, and system instructions to improve model output quality and reliability
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants) for multi-step workflows and tool usage
Knowledge of risks such as bias, hallucinations, and prompt injection, with experience applying guardrails and validation strategies
Experience evaluating model outputs using test sets, metrics, and qualitative review
Proficiency with version control (Git) and writing clean, maintainable, production-ready code

Required
