InternAC Boise is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Soccer Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the club. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in soccer administration, game-day operations, and organizational logistics within a competitive soccer environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with planning and execution of training sessions, matches, and events
Support game-day operations (setup, breakdown, logistics, and coordination)
Help manage team schedules, travel logistics, and communications
Assist with player registration, roster management, and league compliance
Coordinate with coaching staff, volunteers, and club leadership
Maintain and organize operational documents and databases
Support equipment inventory and distribution
Perform general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in soccer and sports operations
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by training and match schedules
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Preferred
Current student or recent graduate in sports management, business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Office365 or similar tools is a plus
