Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and develop solutions during the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process, collaborating with sales and commercial teams
Interpret customer needs, define scope of supply, and contribute to technical proposals ensuring alignment with project requirements
Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities, including the development and maintenance of technical application guidelines
Manage the successful execution of engineering activities for CM&U projects, ensuring quality and adherence to standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management to ensure timely project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience and knowledge
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally occasionally, less than 10% of the time
Strong technical analysis skills and experience in application engineering
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a solution-driven mindset
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, global environment with diverse teams
