Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate when needed
Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A team player with a strong sense of initiative and urgency
High School diploma or GED required
