Personnel Security Assistant - Help Desk
Protection Strategies, Inc. (PSI) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing security solutions and personnel security expertise to the U.S. Government. The Personnel Security Assistant / Help Desk Support role provides customer service and administrative support for personnel security case processing, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of investigative forms and assisting applicants with e-QIP requests.

Responsibilities
Receive telephone calls and respond to incoming email messages submitted through the Customer Service web address
Review e-QIP requests online and provide technical assistance to applicants
Prepare, submit, monitor, and update computer tracking systems concerning appropriate case material
Coordinate follow-up communication with requesting or investigating offices to resolve information gaps
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of directly related experience performing administrative support in personnel security functions such as e-QIP/eAPP, SF-85, and SF-86, including reviewing investigative forms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills commensurate with the position
