Responsibilities
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and in timely manner
Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments
Review and reconcile accounts payable statements
Enter financial transactions into the accounting system with high accuracy
Maintain organized and up to date financial records
Generate financial reports and provide financial data and reports to management as needed
Stay updated with accounting regulations and changes
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable Coordinator or in a similar accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial data entry and analysis
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
