Responsibilities
Preparing invoices
Analyses of performance monitoring project performance by reviewing budgets and forecasting potential overruns
Creating and maintaining project accounts in the accounting system using established procedures
Unbilled management
Setting up and closing out projects in the ERP system
Assisting project managers with billing issues
Collections
Reconciling receipts and budgets
Communicating with the project managers, clients and subconsultants
Compiling information for internal and external auditors
Contributing to staff trainings
Qualification
Required
Experience in financial management and health of multiple projects
Ability to prepare invoices
Experience in analyzing performance monitoring project performance
Ability to review budgets and forecast potential overruns
Experience in creating and maintaining project accounts in the accounting system
Knowledge of established procedures for unbilled management
Experience in setting up and closing out projects in the ERP system
Ability to assist project managers with billing issues
Experience in collections and reconciling receipts and budgets
Strong communication skills with project managers, clients, and subconsultants
Ability to compile information for internal and external auditors
Experience in contributing to staff trainings
