Administrative Assistant
The Colorado Department of Revenue serves the residents of Colorado through its various divisions and is dedicated to ensuring public trust and providing exceptional customer service. They are seeking a full-time hybrid Administrative Assistant to manage clerical duties, coordinate schedules, and assist with organization and documentation to ensure the efficient functioning of the department.
Responsibilities
Answering phone calls
Maintaining records
Preparing reports
Supporting executive-level staff as needed to ensure the efficient functioning of the department
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage records, document organization, and task coordination efficiently
Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for effective interaction with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and providing general support to executive staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related software is an asset
Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work in both a team environment and independently in a hybrid work setting
