This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in civil engineering and experience in managing large-scale residential development projects.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the engineering team in the design and execution of land development projects
Oversee the planning, design, and construction of subdivisions and other residential communities
Coordinate with local municipalities and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with zoning and environmental regulations
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and calculations for projects
Ensure that projects meet quality standards and are completed according to plans and specifications
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Civil Engineering experience preferably for a residential land development company
PE License in Texas required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in land development and civil engineering
Proven experience in managing large-scale residential development projects
Strong knowledge of subdivision design, MUD (Municipal Utility District) processes, and construction management
Preferred
Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
