Responsibilities
Ticket System – make initial contact and follow tickets through to resolution
Assist plant systems administration such as network, server, phone, PRISM and SCADA
New user account setup
Verify daily, weekly and period backups for PRISM and Servers
Assist with maintaining computer and printer equipment inventory and maintenance
Participate in Capital, Continuous Improvement and lead IT projects
Fork Truck RF Unit assistance
Assist in maintaining DRP and perform walkthroughs
Train users on technology
Maintain internal websites and assist with maintaining network IP address inventory
Assist with researching pricing and ordering parts at the direction of the plant MIT
Role model and demonstrate the Company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and the safety of others
Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements
Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF Systems
Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles
Associate is required to immediately report any food safety concerns to a member of the site leadership team
Follow established safety programs, policies, and practices to maintain an accident-free workplace
Actively participate in the behavioral safety process, BAPP®, by completing observations as scheduled to identify and eliminate at-risk conditions and behaviors to maintain an accident-free workplace
Support a Customer 1st culture by thinking and acting with the Customer in mind to positively impact quality, service and prices of our manufactured products
Support the manufacturing sustainability program to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle to strengthen our commitment to “Doing our Part” that will enable our Customer to “Do their Part”
Support a culture of continuous improvement by maximizing assets and minimizing downtime in an effort to reduce costs for our customers
Support and participate in the TPC process by championing and implementing process improvements and working inclusively and collaboratively to exceed our customers’ expectations
Qualification
Required
