Responsibilities

Deliver day-to-day field service for local clients: service calls, installs, and preventive maintenance
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on CNC machining and turning centers
Resolve customer concerns, provide sales support, and conduct basic operator training
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams; represent Ellison professionally and ethically
Own your cases and projects end-to-end; maintain complete records and technical documentation
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Experience installing, maintaining, and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers
Strong mechatronics aptitude: mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting

Required
