Responsibilities
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap carrier-facing technology
Deliver intuitive, self-service experiences that reduce manual effort and increase carrier satisfaction and retention
Lead the Carrier Advisory Board and champion the voice of the carrier throughout the product lifecycle; collect insights through interviews, data analysis, and frontline feedback
Align product execution with business value by engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams early and often
Define and maintain a clear view of the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM) for carrier products
Develop business cases with clearly defined ROI to justify new product investments and measure financial impact
Establish and monitor KPIs that reflect carrier adoption, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency
Write PRDs and user stories and lead Agile processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and release readiness
Monitor competitive offerings and market trends to keep ITS’s carrier experience ahead of the curve
Evangelize a product mindset across the organization, keeping the voice of the carrier central to decision-making
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Freight Brokerage, or Supply Chain
2+ years of Product Management experience with end-to-end ownership of product delivery
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related technical field
First-hand experience with how brokers, shippers, and carriers interact within a modern 3PL or transportation network
Deep passion for improving carrier relationships through better tools, visibility, and workflows
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to be direct, transparent, and collaborative in complex environments
High emotional intelligence, fostering empathy, accountability, and strong relationships across teams
Adaptable and resilient—comfortable navigating change, managing competing priorities, and turning challenges into opportunities for growth
Strategic thinker with a bias for action—able to connect insights from data, operations, and customer feedback into clear product priorities
Must reside in Reno, NV or be willing to relocate to Reno, NV
Preferred
Carrier Sales experience is a major plus
