New Grad, Entry LevelGeoSurfaces is seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Field Service Technician – Athletic Surfaces to join their service team. This role supports synthetic turf repair and installation projects at athletic facilities and works closely with the Service Director to ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities
Perform synthetic turf repairs and installations under the direction of the Service Director
Execute tasks including cutting and removing existing turf, surface preparation and cleaning, precise cutting and placement of new turf, adhesive application, infill addition, turf brushing, and jobsite cleanup
Assist with maintenance and repair of tools and equipment
Travel to job sites, generally within one-day driving distance, with occasional extended travel to LA, TX, AR, and MS as needed
Support shop operations and other duties as assigned when not performing field service work
Qualification
Required
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective time management and ability to meet project timelines
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
Honest, responsible, and dependable
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to safely operate skill saws, reciprocating saws, drills, turf brushes, carpet blades, and other small tools
Ability to perform regular physical labor, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
