Lead Demand Generation Manager
The Vibrant Talent Group is a well-established, cloud-based B2B software company hiring a Lead Demand Generation Manager to own and scale pipeline-driving programs across various customer segments. This role involves designing and executing marketing strategies that engage sophisticated buyers and drive revenue impact.
Responsibilities
Design and lead full-funnel demand programs that support pipeline growth across multiple customer segments
Translate business and revenue priorities into targeted, measurable marketing initiatives
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and revenue teams to ensure alignment on goals, audiences, and timing
Develop clear positioning and campaign themes tailored to distinct buyer personas and firm sizes
Own campaigns end-to-end—from concept and launch through optimization and performance analysis
Run multi-channel programs spanning paid digital, email, webinars, content partnerships, events, and targeted outbound initiatives
Lead account-focused programs aimed at engaging high-value, complex buying committees
Manage external partners and internal tools to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and at a high standard
Define success metrics tied to pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue influence
Analyze performance data and use insights to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix
Partner with marketing operations to support clean attribution, lead quality, and reporting integrity
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in demand generation or revenue-focused marketing roles
Demonstrated success driving pipeline through a mix of inbound, outbound, and account-based programs
Strong command of digital marketing channels and performance measurement
Experience marketing to enterprise or highly considered B2B buying audiences
Comfort working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
Analytical mindset paired with strong execution and project management skills
Preferred
Background in SaaS, professional services, or regulated industries is a plus
