Responsibilities
Building relationships with clients across industries — from startups to Fortune 500s
Jumping on the phone, meeting candidates, and closing deals (think 200 calls, 10 visits a week)
Coaching your team, celebrating wins, and strategizing on growth
Tracking the business like an owner — P&L, market share, revenue streams, and team success all roll up to you
Setting the tone for a work-hard, laugh-harder culture built on trust, accountability, and results
Qualification
Required
Strong background in staffing, recruiting, or professional placement (contract or direct hire)
You've run a sales desk, led accounts, or even managed a branch — you know how to win and help others win
A natural communicator who thrives in-person and on the phone
Energized by metrics and motivated by results
Grit, humor, and the ability to turn challenges into comebacks
