Administrative Coordinator

Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is a nonprofit organization that provides mental health services and support to the community. They are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Children, Youth, and Family team in both programmatic and administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of services.

Responsibilities

Ensure all program documentation complies with organizational policies and funding guidelines
Maintain databases and tracking systems for program data, participant information, and funding requirements
Assist in preparing progress reports, grant applications, and evaluation summaries
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions
Maintain accurate tracking of staff hours, time off, and resource allocation for the team
Assist with participant intake, registration, and record-keeping
Coordinate logistics for community events, youth activities, family nights, and workshops
Handle routine correspondence with families, community partners, volunteers, and staff
Support the development and dissemination of program flyers, newsletters, and outreach materials

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant administrative or social services experience required
Must be able to travel to sites as needed

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality
