Resident Support Specialist - Tech Bar

They are seeking a Resident Support Specialist for their Tech Bar, responsible for delivering technical support to residents, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Responsibilities
Providing technical support to residents in an efficient and accurate manner
Serving as a front-line representative of Menno Haven and the Technology Operations department
Assisting with basic technical issues across assigned areas
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems to ensure optimal system performance and resident satisfaction
Working evenings and weekends to support resident needs and events
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops
Ability to work patiently and effectively with customers to resolve technical issues
Ability to be available to work Nights and Weekends as required
Ability to troubleshoot hardware components and peripheral devices on the network
Ability to diagnose and resolve software issues on troubleshoot software on networked devices
Ability to connect devices to wired and wireless networks
Preferred
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android
