Responsibilities
Design an agentic workflow: market discovery → lead qualification → requirement extraction → vendor shortlist + rationale
Build a smart matching model (rules + scoring + semantic/embedding similarity) and iterate it using real feedback
Implement web scraping/data collection pipelines to continuously collect, clean, dedupe, and refresh client + vendor data
Create/manage the database in Azure SQL Server (schema design, ETL patterns, indexing, data quality checks)
Partner with the founder/team on market understanding, segmentation, and product decisions
Qualification
Required
MBA background (in progress or completed) + strong market/product instincts
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI tool use (multi-step reasoning, tool calling, evaluation)
Strong Python + web scraping experience (structured + unstructured sources)
Strong SQL + Azure SQL Server experience (data modeling + operational maintenance)
