Responsibilities
Support the program manager (PM) by leading transition coordination and outreach efforts
Ensure Sapphire program outputs remain operationally relevant and aligned with partner mission needs
Coordinate with mission partners across the DoD and interagency community
Oversee operational analysis
Communicate program results through high-quality briefings and reports
Qualification
Required
10 years of relevant experience supporting DoD, IC, or R&D programs
Experience working in Top Secret, SCI, and SAP environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to rapid turn-around requests
Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Experience supporting multi-disciplinary technology development efforts
Preferred
Background or technical experience in Special Access technology development
Ground and flight test experience
Operational aircraft experience
Operations and strike planning experience
Experience working with a diverse set of government partners
Familiarity with EUCOM and/or INDOPACOM problem sets
