Grants & Self-Governance Manager
The Tulalip Tribes is seeking a Grants & Self-Governance Manager to oversee the management of all grants and self-governance funding operations. This role involves leading a high-performing grants team and fostering relationships with various departments to ensure successful grant management and future opportunities.

Responsibilities
The Manager provides efficient and effective management of all grants and self-governance funding operations and resources for Tulalip Tribes
The Manager will serve as a leader within the department and is responsible for motivating and guiding a high-performing grants team
The Manager will work closely with departments to ensure there are successful relationships and partnerships in regard to current grants and future opportunities
This position will also be the lead on complex grant projects
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Bachelor Degree in Finance or similar field. Relevant Experience may substitute for degree requirement on a year-for-year basis
Five (5) years of experience working with and managing grants, which includes; Grant application process, Contracts, Award documents, Special Terms and Conditions, Budget development, securing financing, Modifications, Reports and reporting requirements
Five (5) years of experience with MUNIS
Four (4) years of supervisory experience
Four (4) years of experience working with tribal, federal, and foundational agencies
Two (2) years of experience working with BIA, IHS Self-Governance Compacts, & Funding Agreements
WA State Driver License. (Personal Auto Insurance required)
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check
Preferred
Master's Degree in Finance or similar field
