They are seeking an Inside Sales/Operations Leader to manage inside sales activities, generate leads, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Grow profitable sales within assigned markets and accounts
Actively pursue sales growth by identifying new projects and customers
Provide quotes to customers and proactively follow up on opportunities
Develop product knowledge of insulation, FRP paneling, Heat trace
Work with manager on goals and sales plan aligned with branch performance goals
Provide consistent and proactive customer service from start to finish of order process
Meet with customers to develop lasting profitable relationships
Work with inventory in the warehouse as needed
Perform any other duties related to day to day branch functions
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong focus on fostering Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction
Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Previous experience in industrial wholesale distribution is a plus
