Newsletter Ad Sales Manager (US Market)
Sportskeeda is a global sports content platform that serves over 100 million fans every month. They are seeking a Newsletter Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue through newsletter sponsorships and manage relationships with US advertisers.
Responsibilities
Revenue Generation: Identify and close new business opportunities with US advertisers, specifically focusing on newsletter sponsorships, dedicated emails, and integrated brand solutions
Strategic Prospecting: Build a robust pipeline of endemic (sports, betting, apparel) and non-endemic (tech, lifestyle, finance) brands looking to reach a male-centric US audience
Consultative Selling: Craft compelling sales decks and bespoke proposals that leverage our first-party data and high open rates to solve client marketing objectives
Relationship Management: Manage and grow relationships with key media agencies and direct brand managers in the US
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Content and AdOps teams to ensure seamless execution of newsletter campaigns and provide post-campaign performance reports
Qualification
Required
3+ Years in Media Sales / Digital Advertising
3+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a specific track record in Newsletter or Email Advertising
Established relationships with US-based advertising agencies and brand marketing teams
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; ability to pitch to C-level executives
A 'hunter' mentality with a passion for exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, global startup environment
