The role involves supporting the Company’s sole counsel with day-to-day administrative tasks and managing contracts using an in-house workforce program and contract lifecycle management platform.

Assisting in contract review workflows and monitoring for required approvals and deadlines
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely processing of legal documents
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Providing general support to legal counsel as needed
Other special projects and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior experience working in a legal, compliance, or contract administration role
Hands-on experience with Ironclad or a similar CLM platform is required
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent communication skills, patience, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
Ability to work in a very fast-paced work environment
Evening and weekend hours may be required from time to time in order to meet client needs
