Outside Sales Specialist
HighGround is expanding its services to the Des Moines region and is seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing water damage emergencies, assessing damage, communicating solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Evaluate property damage and determine the scope of work
Present mitigation solutions and secure project authorization
Coordinate with the production team to ensure quality execution
Serve as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the process
Ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to assess property damage and determine the scope of work
