This role is critical in managing recruitment activities and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.

Responsibilities
Record, monitor and analyse the local legal market to identify opportunities for talent acquisition
Research and identify potential candidates through various channels (including LinkedIn, careers pages and direct approaches) and build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future vacancies
Create and publish job advertisements on internal and external platforms, including LinkedIn, Social Media and company external and internal careers pages
Review and shortlist applications received through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements and company culture and make recommendations for interview
Take ownership of recruitment for non-legal and support roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring
Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires, working closely with our HR Administrator for support
Work with the Talent Acquisition Advisor on future talent events, representing the business at careers events, together with organisation and sourcing internal support at each event
Qualification
Required
At least six months' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or inhouse)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (eg LinkedIn Recruiter)
Preferred
Knowledge of the local legal market is desirable, but not essential
