Bilingual HR Coordinator
Addison Group is partnering with one of their clients to identify an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination, employee support, and assisting with key HR processes that contribute to an organized and positive workplace experience.

Responsibilities
Assist with new hire onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation coordination
Track employee attendance and maintain accurate records
Support HR reporting by compiling data and generating routine reports
Help coordinate employee-focused initiatives such as recognition programs and internal events
Maintain and update employee files in HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role
Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, recordkeeping, and reporting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
Effective written and verbal communication skills
