Responsibilities

Work alongside other Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural professionals

Support a variety of civil design on multi-discipline public and private projects, including roadway, utility infrastructure and stormwater management systems

Participate in a structured summer experience including formal software trainings, networking opportunities, mentorship relationships, social events, learning seminars, and much more

Required

Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with interest in transportation

Previous experience or formal training with AutoCad and/or Microstation

Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a team environment

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Must be at least 21 years of age by May 2026

Valid Driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

Previous coursework or project assignments related to transportation, municipal or highway design

Thorough understanding of drafting techniques, plan development, and related engineering practices

Previous experience developing construction plans and specifications

Experience working directly with people (customer service, sports reffing, volunteering / community engagement)
