Responsibilities

Project management
Lead the planning and execution of test event on behalf of STARCOM
Help define assessment criteria for test events and test data
Facilitate alignment between Delta 12 test objectives and Delta 11 test infrastructure
Coordinate test activities of a team than spans Colorado and Lexington, with technical staff and sensor operators
Build strong relationships with sponsors through frequent interactions, briefings and reporting
Technical expertise
Knowledge of SSN sensors and capabilities, to include Lincoln space surveillance sensors
Ability to produce comprehensive, technically rigorous Test Planning documents for use by a heterogenous team of laboratory staff, military personnel, and contractors
Ability to identify and articulate TES technical support needs to laboratory staff, and to facilitate timely delivery of high-quality products to enable TES decisions and to support Delta 12 decisional meetings

Required

MS degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related degree; BS candidates with additional related experience will be considered
Technical excellence in an applicable field, as evidenced by written publications, technology and program development, and broad notoriety in a Group mission area
Experience with several of the following: space surveillance sensors and data processing, classified US space activities, foreign threats to US space systems, test planning and execution
Strong test coordination / test execution skills and ability to produce high-quality, impactful, polished briefings
Experience interacting with Government sponsors
Ability to obtain and maintain TS and SCI clearances required
