The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving various security equipment and managing service calls efficiently.

Responsibilities

Receive service call schedule a week in advance and typically sees an average of 4 tickets per day
Troubleshooting and problem solving a variety of security equipment
Experience with equipment such as Alarm.com, DMP, DSC, and others
Knowledge of how these systems work and how they are set up

Required

Experience troubleshooting and problem solving a variety of security equipment
Experience with Alarm.com, DMP, DSC (832, 1832, Alexor Panel, Impassa, Neo, Qolsys Panel, Bosch Keypad (B930), Honeywell, Concord, Vista and any others is a plus)
Experience with motion sensors, door locks, glass break, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide
Knowledge of how these systems work and how they are set up
Knowledge of Alarm.com and other systems
Skills in CCTV, Access control, Security, Cabling, Cable, Alarm systems, Honeywell, Alarm.com, DMP, DSC, Low voltage, Cat5, Cat6, Electrical, Alarms, fire alarm system
Ability to manage a work schedule efficiently
Customer support experience

Fire Experience
Low Volt Cable Experience
Working in new construction and occupied commercial buildings
