The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving various security equipment while managing service calls efficiently.

Responsibilities
Receive their service call schedule a week in advance
Typically sees an average of 4 tickets per day
Troubleshooting and problem solving a variety of security equipment
Work with equipment such as Alarm.com, DMP, DSC
Experience with motion sensors, door locks, glass break, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide
Fire experience is a plus, can be trained on these panels
Knowledge of how these systems work, how they are set up
Customer service oriented
Manage a work schedule efficiently
Qualification
Required
Experience troubleshooting and problem solving a variety of security equipment
Experience with Alarm.com, DMP, DSC (832, 1832, Alexor Panel, Impassa, Neo, Qolsys Panel, Bosch Keypad (B930), Honeywell, Concord, Vista and any others is a plus)
Experience with motion sensors, door locks, glass break, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide
Knowledge of how these systems work and how they are set up
Knowledge of Alarm.com and other systems
Skills in CCTV, Access control, Security, Cabling, Cable, Alarm systems, Honeywell, Alarm.com, DMP, DSC, Low voltage, Cat5, Cat6, Electrical, Alarms, fire alarm system
Ability to manage a work schedule efficiently
Customer support experience
Preferred

Low Volt Cable Experience
Working in new construction and occupied commercial buildings
