Serve as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities to implement the Employer Health Program (EHP) and deliver financial savings
Present financial benefit analyses
Provide high-level consultations
Coordinate with the Profit Line Advisors team to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance for clients
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Statements
Proficiency in core financial disciplines such as Finance and Financial Reporting
Advanced Analytical Skills to identify and evaluate opportunities for financial optimization
Experience advising or consulting at senior levels to drive strategic decision-making
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively explain financial strategies
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred
Ability to work independently and remotely with a proactive approach to client success
