Responsibilities
Design, develop, and integrate current and future enterprise network architectures
Troubleshoot and resolve network outages, with a focus on BGP and OSPF
Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers and switches
Define configuration baselines, version control, and support system upgrades
Perform daily monitoring of network health and system nodes
Support network design reviews with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity requirements
Coordinate network upgrades and maintenance with installation and build teams
Provide hands-on support for network operations, testing, and evaluations
Qualification
Required
6+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years in network administration
(OR 4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field)
Strong troubleshooting experience with BGP, OSPF, WAN environments
Hands‑on experience with Cisco routers and switches
Active Secret clearance (required)
Security+ and CCNA (or the ability to obtain both within 6 months of hire)
Preferred
Enterprise network architecture or design experience
Prior experience supporting DoD or Navy networks
Familiarity with configuration management policies and procedures
Experience in large, complex, or regulated network environments
