Responsibilities
Be the source of constant contact and communication with all post-offer pending candidates
Organize and streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a pleasant candidate experience
Daily communication by phone, email, and text with all post-offer pending candidates in onboarding status, detailing the steps towards hire, to include I-9, references, start date confirmations, orientation details
Entering information accurately into vendor systems
Completing notes within ATS (applicant tracking system) after each communication step
Ensuring all steps of pre-hire are completed and preparing new hire for Orientation and first day instructions
Partner with regional team and Talent Acquisition as needed to communicate challenges and issues; proactively and identify solutions to help clearance of new hires
Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the candidate experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment
Will be responsible for internal SLA's and metrics that include outbound calls, turnaround time for processing candidates credentialing and onboarding timeframes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a Hiring Team required
Typically work 8am to 5pm, but need to be flexible
Effective verbal and written English communication skills required
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity
