Manage and schedule moderators; ensure daily coverage
Handle escalations, reporting, and issue tracking
Ensure SOP adherence and smooth site operations
Provide Apple hardware/software support (Mac, iPhone, iOS/macOS)
Deliver excellent customer service
Assist with video device operation and daily checklists
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with proven people management and escalation handling
1+ year in technical/customer support
Strong Apple hardware & software troubleshooting
IT / technical support experience (mandatory)
Customer service and communication skills
Computer hardware: 5 years (Required)
