Responsibilities

Assist with the maintenance and configuration of the CRM platform
Collaborate on developing and debugging Apex code to create customized solutions
Work alongside the team to create and customize CRM objects, workflows, page layouts, fields, and applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for CRM enhancements
Participate in testing new CRM features, updates, and custom Apex solutions
Learn and adhere to CRM best practices, including best practices in Apex coding
Participate in team meetings, offering insights and suggestions for process improvements

Required

Currently pursuing degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic understanding of CRM systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and open to feedback
