Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate concrete crew activities on site
Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Manage materials and equipment for concrete pouring and finishing
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
Perform site inspections and maintain project documentation
Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar role
Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience in commercial and industrial projects is a plus
Familiarity with flatwork, civil, and excavating practices
