Mid LevelCyberCoders is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for various automated processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing automation capabilities by working with PLCs, HMIs, robots, and motion controls.

Responsibilities
Design and develop control systems for automated machinery and processes
Program PLCs and HMIs for optimal performance and reliability
Integrate robotic systems into existing production workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems and automation equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and safety
Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
Travel average 25% primarily domestic with some international
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in controls engineering or similar role
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and HMI development
Experience with robotic systems and motion control applications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
