Mid, Senior LevelCyberCoders is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of big box retail projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple big box retail construction projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met
Oversee site development activities to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
Facilitate communication among project teams and provide updates to senior management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, particularly in big box retail or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and site development practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
Familiarity with project management software and tools
