Responsibilities
Review project plans and specifications to prepare estimates for materials, labor, and time needed for project completion
Utilize Bluebeam to create digital take-offs and accurate cost breakdowns
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to gather necessary information for estimates
Analyze historical data to develop cost models and improve future estimates
Prepare written proposals and present cost estimates to clients and stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in pricing to ensure competitive estimates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, particularly in renovations and multi-family projects
Proficiency in Bluebeam and other estimating software
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
