Responsibilities
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal materials according to technical specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce parts that meet quality standards
Conduct routine maintenance on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and standards
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and reduce lead times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal fabrication is a plus
Proven experience as a press brake operator or similar role in steel fabrication
Strong understanding of press brake operation and metalworking techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
